神戸菊水のレストラン予約申し込みフォームをご利用頂き、誠にありがとうございます。以下のフォームに必要事項をご記入いただきお申し込みください。 Thank you very much for using the restaurant subscription form of Kobe Kikusui. You write down necessary information in the following forms, and please apply for it to them.

注意事項 ・ご予約の受付は、お申込日の3日後以降とさせて頂いております。前日、当日のご予約につきましては、直接お電話にてご連絡ください。 ・正式なご予約の成立は、当店からご連絡を差し上げてからとなりますのでご留意ください。(万一遅れる場合は恐れ入りますが、お電話でご連絡をください。) ・折り返し連絡のない場合はご予約メールが届いていない場合がございます。その場合はお手数ですが直接お電話にてお問合せください。 ・ご希望日が満席の場合、予約を承れない場合もございます。 ※事前のご連絡がなく15分以上遅れた場合は、ご予約をキャンセルいたしますのでご了承ください。
Notes - It is possible for you to reserve three days later from the application date. Please contact us by telphone directly if you would like to make a reservation on that day or the previous day. - If your reservation is successful,you will receive immediate email or telphone confirmation. Please contact me ih you will be late(telephone or E-mail) ‐ Reservation mail may not be delivered,when it is and there is no return connection. We are sorry but in that case the trouble,please ask us by telephone directly. - if a preferred date is fully booked,we could not be accept a reservation. ※ If you're late for 15 minutes,your reservaation will be canceled.
